I started Kopp Studios because I love building things that are useful, a little silly, and made to be enjoyed. Every app on this page is something I've poured real time into, and it means a lot that you'd give any of them a try.
I'm a solo developer, so there's no big company behind these apps, just me, a lot of coffee, and a long list of ideas. Your feedback genuinely helps what I build so please tell me.
I also want you to feel safe using what I make. Below you'll find my privacy policy, terms, and consent information, written in plain English. If anything is unclear, just ask.

The short version: I don't collect your personal information.
What I collect
Nothing. My apps and this website have no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. I don't know who you are or how you use my apps.
What stays on your device
Anything you create or save in an app (for example streaks, entries or custom questions) is stored on your own device. I never receive it, and deleting the app or clearing your browser data removes it.
Third parties
My web games and this site are hosted on GitHub Pages, and my iOS apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Those services may log basic technical information (like your IP address) under their own privacy policies. I don't receive or control that information.
Children
I don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to share or sell.
Changes
If this ever changes, I'll update this page and the date above before any new data collection begins.
Consent
Because I don't collect personal data, there is nothing to opt in or out of, and no cookie banner to click through.
- This site and my apps don't use cookies for tracking.
- Your device may store small bits of data locally so the app works offline and remembers your progress. That data never leaves your device.
- If I ever add a feature that needs your data, I'll ask for your clear permission first, and you'll be able to say no.

- Personal use. My apps are free for you to use for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell or repackage them.
- Ownership. Kopp Studios owns the apps, their artwork and their code, except for games credited to other creators (such as Turtle Tides, created by Wesley), which belong to those creators.
- Be kind. Some of my games are party games for groups. Please play them in good fun and don't use them to harass anyone.
- No guarantees. The apps are provided "as is." I work hard to make them reliable, but I can't promise they will always work, be error free, or be available. Apps like the health log are for personal tracking only and are not medical advice.
- Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the apps.
- Changes. I may update the apps or these terms over time. Continuing to use the apps means you accept the updated terms.
